AReel Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AReel, a short drama TikTok Mini Program operated by HONG KONG EASYPOINT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED ("AReel", "we", "us", or "our"). AReel provides short drama viewing, episode browsing, search, recommendations, watch list, profile, account-related notices, and related entertainment features within the TikTok Mini Program environment (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country or region, to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. The Service

AReel provides access to short-form drama videos, serialized episodes, trailers, recommendations, search and browsing features, watch lists, profile features, account-related notices, and related entertainment content. Some content, features, languages, subtitles, episodes, or territories may be unavailable from time to time due to licensing, operational, technical, or legal requirements.

3. Accounts and Security

Certain features, such as saving content to your list, managing profile settings, receiving account-related notices, or accessing paid features if available, may require you to sign in or authorize access through TikTok. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

4. Content and License

The Service, including videos, images, text, logos, software, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view content through the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, download, record, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from any content unless we expressly allow it in writing or the Service provides that function.

5. Purchases and Paid Features

Prices, availability, billing methods, refunds, and taxes may depend on your region and the applicable payment platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AReel and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, or the rights of others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law, Service Regions, and Dispute Resolution

AReel currently provides services in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Indonesia, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, South Korea, Thailand, and other regions that we may support from time to time. We will comply with the privacy, consumer protection, payments, content, and other mandatory laws applicable in the region where the Service is offered to you or where you ordinarily reside, to the extent those laws apply to the Service.

Except where mandatory law in your country or region requires otherwise, these Terms and any non-mandatory contractual dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If a dispute arises, you and AReel are encouraged to attempt to resolve it through good-faith discussions first. Such discussions are not a mandatory condition precedent to starting formal proceedings, and either party may seek urgent or interim relief at any time. Where local mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim before the courts, tribunals, regulators, consumer authorities, or privacy authorities of your country or region, nothing in these Terms limits that right. For disputes that may lawfully be heard outside your local mandatory forum, the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
